Who We Are

From our inception in advertising to developing comprehensive marketing software that amplifies brand power, our parent company Pica9 has grown in size and ambition to provide companies an easy-to-use marketing platform to harness the power of brand equity at all levels: CampaignDrive.

Pica9 started in the world of the ad agency studio, where for generations graphic artists struggled to resize and localize ads to fit columns as narrow as nine picas, or 1.5”. Pica9 was born and now connotes the precision we believe local marketing demands.

Through decades of experience, our founders saw a universal challenge within the industry - mechanical tasks can eat into precious marketing dollars that would be better spent engaging customers and evolving brand strategy.

Our mission at CampaignDrive is to provide companies an easy-to-use marketing platform to harness the power of brand equity at all levels. We empower representatives from the national headquarters to the local franchise to quickly create, deliver, and promote brand assets. To pursue that mission, our team combines a deep respect for the art of branding with an enduring enthusiasm for the possibilities that web and mobile technology are enabling today.

Leadership

Kevin Groome

Founder, Chief Evangelist

Kevin started Pica9 in 2001 after 20 years of successfully managing and overseeing other marketing and ad agencies. As founder, he has a deep understanding of the unique needs of local marketers and a keen sense for the applications of current technologies.

Bruce Reading

Chairman & CEO

Bruce was appointed CEO of Pica9 in April 2017, bringing over 30 years of broad business acumen to the firm. He has decades of experience managing SaaS companies and has successfully taken several early-stage firms through to launch.

Aner Fust

VP of Product Engineering

Aner joined Pica9 in 2016 with broad experience in early-stage company development. His main initiatives are building out the current dev team and improving features to increase CampaignDrive’s usability and interface.

David Elkins

Co-Founder, VP of R&D

David developed the core processing engine of CampaignDrive and plays numerous roles at the firm. He is involved in the day to day development initiatives and the overall management of the platform.

Rachel Berman

VP of Product Management

Rachel has held multiple roles throughout the company, starting in 2011. Throughout her career, she has held client, project, and product management roles. Her current focus is to identify and execute features that bring unrivaled value to customers.

Andrea Mulligan

VP of Customer Success

Andrea came to the firm with decades of experience growing SaaS businesses and ran her own customer success software startup before joining CampaignDrive. Andrea’s responsibilities include delivering the highest level of service and value possible to customers.

Julia Chellew-Glick

Controller

Julia is responsible for the company’s finance and HR functions and works with department heads to ensure the continued growth and financial health of CampaignDrive. She has spent her career working in finance serving young software companies. She brings her experience in finance operations and building finance teams.

Board

John Buckner, Jr.

Corporate Board, Director

John Buckner Jr. brings more than 20 years of management experience to Pica9 with vast amounts of experience in the information technology industry. He joined Pica9 in 2007 as COO after leading a $3 million angel investment round that engendered a reconstituted Board and new management team.

Scott Powers

Corporate Board, Director

Scott Powers brings more than 20 years of financial management experience with both private and public companies to the Pica9 Board of Directors. He has advised the company on methods to streamline financial reporting and implement additional accounting best practices.

Jeff Nickerson

Corporate Board, Director

Dr. Jeffrey V. Nickerson is an Associate Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology in the Wesley J. Howe School of Technology Management. He directs the Center for Decision Technologies, which is funded by the National Science Foundation and the Office of Naval Research. He also teaches a graduate course called Integrating Information Systems Technologies, which focuses on large-scale information system design. Professor Nickerson has published over 50 scholarly articles.
