Pica9, a leading provider of local marketing automation systems for major brands, today announced that it has been listed as a Sample Vendor in this year's Hype Cycle for Software as a Service, 2014 published July 29, 2014, by Gartner in the category MRM (Marketing Resource Management) SaaS.

This is the second Gartner Hype Cycle to feature Pica9 in July. The Hype Cycle for CRM Marketing Applications, 2014 was released on July 16, and included Pica9 as a Sample Vendor in two categories: MRM Marketing Fulfillment, and MRM SaaS.
According to Gartner's Hype Cycle for Software as a Service, "This Hype Cycle represents an aggregate of different software service markets and will help organizations discern the relative maturity and progression of various software-as-a-service applications, with implications for business model architecture and buying dynamics." It is produced annually.
