We  recently surveyed over 100 graphic designers, and discovered that almost all of them deal regularly with excessive rounds of revisions and review. This is more than a frustration. In the last year, designers report to have spent an average of 8 hours per week making minor, client-requested tweaks...beyond what they had initially agreed upon.

That's an entire work day a week—wasted.

Multiply that by the multitudes of freelance graphic designers, and you get an industry that's losing out majorly.
